Chateau Cervantes Hotel San Juan, San Juan

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with stunning street view balconies and spacious, stylish rooms, but the back alley location made for noisy AC units. The service was awesome, including getting a cab and allowing us to keep our bags after checkout. The location was terrific for easy access to the pier and nightlife in Old San Juan. The dining experience was basic but had a variety of options. Overall, a great accommodation with some noise from the AC units.

I immediately fell in love with the stunning accommodation boasting a street view balcony, although it got a bit noisy at night due to its location facing a small street. The hotel's charm shined through despite the hiccup with our room allocation, resulting from a faulty AC unit.

The hotel's location in Old San Juan was excellent for exploring the area, with convenient access to restaurants and shops.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of fantastic and disappointing aspects. The Presidential Suite I stayed in was absolutely fantastic and beautiful, but the musty smell in the room was a major downside. The service was phenomenal, with super helpful and kind staff, but the dining experience was a disaster. The location was fabulous right in the heart of Old San Juan, but the limited breakfast options were a letdown.

I found the hotel to be in a great location, with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, there were some cleanliness issues under the bed that made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. The spacious room made up for the older decor, and the service was excellent!
